Do you operate at night?
Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including late nights. Many flights arrive or depart at night and we are available for all of them. The only condition is that the booking be made with enough notice to arrange the vehicle.

Airport

How do I get from Iguazú Airport to the city center?
Iguazú International Airport - Cataratas (IGR) is approximately 20 minutes (18 km) from Puerto Iguazú city center. With Cataratas Taxi, you book your transfer in advance, the driver waits for you at the arrivals area with a sign showing your name and takes you directly to your hotel or accommodation. Fixed rate, no on-site negotiation.
How do I get from Iguazú Airport to Foz do Iguaçu?
The transfer from IGR Airport to Foz do Iguaçu (Brazil) takes approximately 40-50 minutes, including the border crossing. Cataratas Taxi handles this transfer, assists you with immigration procedures and drops you at your hotel or destination point in Foz. The indicative price is ~$45,000 ARS; we confirm the exact value on WhatsApp.
Do you track flights?
Yes. We monitor your flight in real time. If it arrives early, your driver will be ready. If it is delayed, we adjust the arrival time at no extra cost and without you having to notify us. This applies to both domestic and international flights arriving at IGR.
How will I be identified at the airport?
Your driver will wait for you in the arrivals area (terminal exit) with a sign showing your name. We agree on a contact number in advance so you can call or send a WhatsApp message if needed. If for any reason you can't find each other, just send us a message and we'll coordinate.

Border crossing

What documents do I need to cross into Brazil?
Citizens of Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and several other Latin American countries can enter Brazil with only a valid national ID (no passport required for tourism). Citizens of other countries should check requirements according to their nationality—some need a visa or passport. It is always recommended to bring your passport as a backup document.
What documents do I need to go to Paraguay (Ciudad del Este)?
Argentines and Mercosur citizens can cross into Paraguay with a valid national ID. Citizens of other countries generally need a passport. The crossing is made via the Friendship Bridge. We recommend bringing your passport just in case, especially if you are a foreign tourist.

Bookings and payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Argentine pesos (ARS), US dollars (USD), Brazilian reais (BRL) and MercadoPago. To confirm the booking, a deposit of 10–20% of the total price is required in advance. The remaining balance is paid directly to the driver at the end of the service. The price is agreed and fixed from the moment of booking.
How far in advance should I book?
For airport transfers we recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance. For full-day excursions (Wanda Mines, Jesuit Ruins of San Ignacio) it's ideal to book 2-3 days ahead. During peak season (summer holidays, Easter week, July) the more notice the better. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll check availability immediately.
Do you have a baby seat or child car seat?
Yes, we can provide a baby seat or booster seat for young children. It's important to request it when making the booking to ensure it's available in the assigned vehicle.
